## Title: Recruitment Specialist
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across various business units. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment goals align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Source and attract qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media, employee referrals, and campus engagements
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers
- Draft job descriptions and work with HR teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS systems
- Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus programs, and online campaigns
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws in all recruitment activities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational company
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Result-oriented, proactive, and highly organized approach
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards
