## Title: Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across various business units. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment goals align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, social media, employee referrals, and campus engagements
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers
  • Draft job descriptions and work with HR teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS systems
  • Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus programs, and online campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws in all recruitment activities
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational company
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and highly organized approach
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards
