Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in recruitment or headhunting (3+ years in a leadership role)
• Proven success in executive search and client acquisition
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian talent market
• Commercially driven mindset with excellent networking skills
