An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead and grow our executive recruitment practice at a respected consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Drive executive search for senior and C-level roles
Build and lead a recruitment team
Grow our client base and revenue through business development
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders

Requirements

7+ years' experience in recruitment or headhunting (3+ years in a leadership role)
Proven success in executive search and client acquisition
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian talent market
Commercially driven mindset with excellent networking skills
