We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Position Overview:
- The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- The role ensures that HR practices support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Prepare and post job vacancies.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for staff HR issues.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and welfare.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate performance appraisals.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs.
- Identify training and development needs.
Training & Development:
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records.
- Support career development plans.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave).
- Manage leave, attendance, and staff documentation.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
