Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support the effective delivery of HR operations across the organization.
- The role holder will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Support performance management, appraisal documentation, and HR reporting
- Handle employee relations matters and provide first-level HR support to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
- Support training coordination, staff welfare initiatives, and engagement activities
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance records
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–5 years relevant HR experience
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or in progress) is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as excel, pptand HR systems.
