A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our Abuja branch. - This role requires someone who understands structure, compliance, and people management, and can work independently while aligning with Head Office HR standards. - This is not a “learning on the job” role. We need someone who knows what good HR looks like and can execute without hand-holding. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Abuja-based roles - Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage documentation before resumption - Ensure all staff complete proper vetting, documentation, and orientation before assumption of duty HR Administration & Compliance: - Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR trackers - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal processes - Support disciplinary processes, queries, and incident reporting when required Payroll & Attendance Support: - Track attendance, overtime, leave, and resumption records - Support payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to Head Office - Flag discrepancies early. No surprises at month-end. Employee Relations: - Act as first point of contact for staff HR-related concerns - Support conflict resolution professionally and confidentially - Drive basic staff welfare initiatives in line with company policy. Reporting & Coordination: - Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management - Liaise with Head Office HR/Admin to ensure consistency in standards and execution - Support audits, inspections, and documentation reviews when required. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field - Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service-driven environments - Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and labor compliance - Excellent organizatonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and maintain confidentiality. - HR certification (SPHRi, CIPM, or in view) is an added advantage
