A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our Abuja branch.
  • This role requires someone who understands structure, compliance, and people management, and can work independently while aligning with Head Office HR standards.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Abuja-based roles
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage documentation before resumption
  • Ensure all staff complete proper vetting, documentation, and orientation before assumption of duty
HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR trackers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal processes
  • Support disciplinary processes, queries, and incident reporting when required
Payroll & Attendance Support:
  • Track attendance, overtime, leave, and resumption records
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to Head Office
  • Flag discrepancies early. No surprises at month-end.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as first point of contact for staff HR-related concerns
  • Support conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
  • Drive basic staff welfare initiatives in line with company policy.
Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management
  • Liaise with Head Office HR/Admin to ensure consistency in standards and execution
  • Support audits, inspections, and documentation reviews when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or service-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and labor compliance
  • Excellent organizatonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
  • HR certification (SPHRi, CIPM, or in view) is an added advantage
