Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
- To coordinate recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and basic payroll support.
- Support performance appraisal and training activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.
- Prepare basic HR reports and workforce data.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field.
