An established company is recruiting for the following position.
  • To coordinate recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and basic payroll support.
  • Support performance appraisal and training activities.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and workforce data.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sociology,  Business Administration, or related field.
