Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Admin Officer to support the effective management of human resources and administrative operations within the organization.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in staff coordination, office administration, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Implement and monitor HR policies and workplace procedures
- Handle staff welfare, discipline, and performance documentation
- Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives
- Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official HR documents
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
