A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Admin Officer to support the effective management of human resources and administrative operations within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in staff coordination, office administration, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and workplace procedures
  • Handle staff welfare, discipline, and performance documentation
  • Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives
  • Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official HR documents
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • HND / B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
