A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked products according to recipes and standards - Measure and mix ingredients accurately - Ensure freshness, quality, and attractive presentation of baked items - Operate and maintain baking equipment safely - Monitor oven temperatures and baking times - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area in line with food safety standards - Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages - Comply with health and safety regulations Requirements: & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role - Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards - Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required - Attention to detail and consistency in production - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand for long periods Preferred Skills - Formal training or certification in baking or pastry arts - Creativity in developing new recipes Salary: Competitive / Negotiable
