A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked products according to recipes and standards

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately

• Ensure freshness, quality, and attractive presentation of baked items

• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely

• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area in line with food safety standards

• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements: & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role

• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if required

• Attention to detail and consistency in production

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods

Preferred Skills

• Formal training or certification in baking or pastry arts

• Creativity in developing new recipes
