## Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
  • Handle employee inquiries, address concerns, and assist in resolving employee relations issues
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assist in the performance review process, including data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and assist with HR-related projects
  • Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
