## Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
- Handle employee inquiries, address concerns, and assist in resolving employee relations issues
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist in the performance review process, including data analysis and reporting
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and assist with HR-related projects
- Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and regulations
- Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
