Position Overview
Plan International is seeking a Public Financial Management Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with municipal level governments to improve budget planning, management, and execution
- Support accountability mechanisms in service provision delivery
- Develop and implement financial management solutions at the community level
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working with municipal level governments on budget planning and financial management
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
