Position Overview

Plan International is seeking a Public Financial Management Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with municipal level governments to improve budget planning, management, and execution
• Support accountability mechanisms in service provision delivery
• Develop and implement financial management solutions at the community level

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience working with municipal level governments on budget planning and financial management
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
