## Title: HR Administration Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Administration Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating databases
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance reviews
  • Handle leave management, timesheets, and monthly HR reports
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in HR administration or general HR support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms
