## Title: HR Administration Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Administration Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating databases
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance reviews
- Handle leave management, timesheets, and monthly HR reports
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in HR administration or general HR support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms
