We are hiring Restaurant Supervisor Position Overview: Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor Specific Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and employees concerns and resolving them • Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales and ordering for additional items when necessary • Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff • Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery • Daily stock taking at the shops • Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day • Any other assigned task Required Qualifications: Required & Experience • HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality industry or a Degree in hospitality • A minimum of 1 year working experience • Passionate about working in the food industry • Ability to analyse and handle complex situations • Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines • Great interpersonal skills • Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability Location: East Legon – Accra Procedure To Apply Interested applicants should send their application letter and CV to the email: [email protected] Clearly state the position and branch you are applying to: Closing Date: 18 November, 2023
