## Title: Assistant Vocational and Technical Trainer III - Plumbing Technology (4 Posts)

The Assistant Vocational and Technical Trainer III will perform the following duties:

Deliver specialized training in plumbing technology in accordance with approved curricula and established standards of instruction
Develop and prepare comprehensive teaching and learning materials, including schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional aids
Design, administer, and evaluate examinations and assignments to assess trainees' knowledge, skills, and competencies
Undertake research and innovation activities under the guidance and mentorship of a senior trainer to enhance instructional content and methodology
Supervise trainees in the execution of projects, industrial attachments, and practical work to ensure the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world contexts

Candidates must meet the following requirements for appointment:

Be a Kenyan Citizen
Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum Grade D (Plain) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Hold a Diploma in one of the following disciplines from a recognized institution:
- Technical Education (Plumbing Technology/Water Technology)
- Building Technology/Water Technology (Plumbing)
- Education/Technical Education with specialization in Plumbing Technology
- Or equivalent qualification
Be registered with the Technical Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVET)
