Job Summary

The Community Engagement Facilitator Supervisor serves as the technical lead at the Local Implementing Partner (LIP) for the USAID CHCT Activity. This role is responsible for providing regular and consistent technical support to Community Engagement Facilitators (CEFs) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of community-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and mentorship to Community Engagement Facilitators
• Oversee and facilitate community-level activities including HIV Testing Services and community-based DSD models
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to Community Response Partners (CRPs) in delivering HIV care and support services
• Conduct individual and household-level assessments
• Support recruitment of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) through identified entry points
• Manage case management and referral linkages
• Support tracing and reengagement of Lost-to-Follow-Up (LTFU) cases
• Provide support to PLHIV support groups and Village Savings and Lending (VSL) groups
• Facilitate establishment and formation of VSL Groups according to project guidelines and training
• Provide technical support to project staff to ensure activities are implemented according to technical standards
• Assist the Project Coordinator in coordination and management of project implementation at LIP implementation sites
