How to Obtain Tender Documents

The Request for Bid in English is available from the BRD Procurement Office starting April 30, 2026, during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, local time).

Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) must be paid for the Request for Bid documents.

• Mandatory Site Visit: May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM at BRD Head Office
• Mandatory Proposal Presentation: May 25, 2026
• Bid Submission Deadline: May 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time)
• Bid Opening: May 21, 2026 immediately after submission deadline

Submission Requirements

Bids must include:

• Technical proposals
• Financial proposals
• One original hardcopy (well bound and sealed)
• One soft copy (password-protected)

Hardcopies must be submitted to the BRD Procurement Office no later than May 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Soft copies must be submitted separately via email.

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in a public session on May 21, 2026 at BRD headquarters in Nyarugenge District, Nyarugenge Sector, Kigali City. The opening will be held both in-person and via Microsoft Teams. Bidders and their representatives are welcome to attend.

All bids must be placed in an envelope clearly marked with:

• Name of bidder
• Address of bidder
• Title of tender
• "DO NOT OPEN EXCEPT IN PUBLIC SESSION ON 21/5/2026"
