Registration & Company Profile

Click "Post a job" or "Employer sign up". Fill in your information, then complete your company profile (name, sector, logo, description). A complete company profile inspires trust in candidates.
Company verification is handled by our administration team. A "Verified" badge will be assigned to your company profile, which strengthens candidate trust. Complete your company profile with as much information as possible to facilitate verification.
Yes, your company can have multiple employer profiles linked to it. The primary contact manages the account and can invite colleagues to join the recruitment workspace.

Posting Jobs

From your employer dashboard, click "Post a job". Fill in the details: title, bilingual description (FR/EN), sector, location, contract type, salary range and required skills. Your listing will be visible after a quick review by our moderation team (usually within 24 hours).
Job posting requires an employer subscription. Detailed pricing is available in your employer dashboard after login. We offer different plans tailored to your recruitment needs.
From your dashboard, go to "My Jobs" and click "Edit". You can update the content at any time. To extend an expired job, edit it and resubmit.
Every published job is reviewed by our moderation team to ensure content quality. We check that the listing is complete, professional and compliant with our terms of use. Validation usually takes less than 24 hours. If your job is rejected, you'll receive an email with the reason and can modify it.
Yes! Africarrieres covers 54 African countries. When posting, choose the country and city for the job. You can post as many jobs as your subscription allows, in any country of your choice.
Making a job Premium gives it better visibility: Premium badge, priority position in search results, and free access for all candidates (no credits needed). This significantly increases the number and quality of applications received.

Managing Applications

From your employer dashboard, access applications for each job. You can filter by status, rate candidates, change status (viewed, shortlisted, rejected, hired), add internal notes and contact candidates via built-in messaging.
When a candidate applies to your job, you can send them a message via the built-in messaging system. Go to the applications for the relevant job, select the candidate and click "Send a message".
Each job has a "Statistics" page showing views, applications received, conversion rate, and a chart of the evolution over 30 days. This data helps you optimize your recruitment.

Subscriptions & Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard cards, PayPal for international payments, and mobile payments (Orange Money, Wave, MTN Mobile Money) via PayDunya and Flutterwave depending on your country.
The employer subscription gives you access to a quota of simultaneous active job postings, the CV database, built-in messaging and detailed statistics. Plans vary by number of postings and duration.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The remaining balance of your current subscription is deducted from the new plan price. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
