Purpose

WFP is updating its supplier roster and invites expressions of interest from potential service providers for fumigation and pest control services.

About This Opportunity

WFP will maintain a list of qualified service providers meeting specified criteria. When specific tenders are issued, all relevant service providers on the list will be invited to submit offers.

Inclusion on the WFP service provider list:

• Does not guarantee invitation to all future tenders
• Does not establish a contractual relationship with WFP
• Ensures equal consideration during the service provider selection process
• Provides access to tender opportunities in your service category

Required Documents and Criteria

Prospective service providers must submit the following documents to be considered for inclusion:

• A letter of interest clearly specifying the service(s) you are applying for
• An original letter of support from your principal financial banker outlining your company's financial status and credibility (if issued in the name of a guarantor, clearly state their exact position and relationship to the company)
• Company's audited financial statements for the past two years (2024 and 2025)
• Company's Certificate of Incorporation or registration in Rwanda
• Company's tax registration certificate
