About This Opportunity

The United Nations World Food Programme, with offices in Kigali, Rwanda, is updating its supplier roster and invites expressions of interest from qualified service providers for customs clearance services (C&F).

WFP will maintain a list of service providers meeting the established criteria. When specific tenders are issued, WFP will invite all qualified service providers in relevant categories to submit proposals. Inclusion on the WFP service provider list does not guarantee invitation to all tenders, nor does it constitute a contractual relationship. However, it ensures equal consideration in the provider selection process for future opportunities.

Criteria for Inclusion

Prospective service providers must submit the following required documents to be considered for inclusion on the WFP service provider list:

• Letter of Interest clearly specifying the service(s) for which you are applying
• Original letter of support from the company's principal financial banker outlining financial status and credibility. If issued in the name of an individual guarantor, clearly state the guarantor's exact position in the company and other relevant links
• Company's audited financial statements for at least the past two years (2024 and 2025)
• Company's Certificate of Incorporation or registration in Rwanda
• Company's tax registration certificate
