About the Role
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer engagement initiatives
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Sales support and client retention skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
