Bancassurance Sales Officers – Kabale

We are expanding our team and seeking a Bancassurance Sales Officer to drive sales and expand market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the financial services sector

Preferred Qualifications

• COP certification
• CIU certification
