We are expanding our team and seeking a Bancassurance Sales Officer to drive sales and expand market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
Position Overview
This is a full-time role based in Kabale that offers a dynamic and challenging work environment within a reputable organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
- Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the financial services sector
Preferred Qualifications
- COP certification
- CIU certification
