Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor and evaluate sales performance
• Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and distribution channels
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management
• Train, motivate, and coach the sales team to optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the local alcohol beverage or FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
