Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Bright View Manufacture Ltd is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead expansion and brand development efforts in the soap and detergents sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activity
• Lead promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning
• Manage and train a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure demand is met efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry—preferably in soaps, detergents, or personal care products
• Strong network in retail and wholesale distribution channels
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
