RO Plant Operator

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in water treatment operations. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system at our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system
• Record daily operational parameters including pressure, flow, conductivity, and pH
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the system
• Carry out membrane cleaning (CIP – Clean In Place) and filter replacement when required
• Monitor chemical dosing (antiscalant, chlorine, and other chemicals)
• Ensure treated water quality consistently meets required standards
• Maintain accurate operation logs and strictly follow all safety procedures
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Certificate or Diploma in Water Treatment, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in RO plant operations
• Ability to accurately record data and strictly follow operating procedures
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
