About the Position

We are seeking an experienced People and Talent Manager to lead the People and Talent function for Americares Tanzania. This role ensures alignment with the organization's global people and talent strategy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee change management initiatives
• Lead people operations including performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Manage salary structures, benefits administration, contracts, and staff policies
• Handle talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, and development
• Foster workplace culture and community including duty of care and inclusion
• Promote fairness, staff well-being, and learning and development
• Organize and coordinate team engagement activities
