## Title: Operations Manager

Company Overview

Interbulk Packaging Tanzania is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality packaging materials, including Jute/Sisal bags for agricultural produce (coffee, cashews, maize, and others) and PTE bags for roasted/ground coffee, cashews, cocoa, and similar products.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee factory operations, warehouse management, and supply chain activities in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, factory operations, warehouse management, or supply chain
Proven leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Production/Operations Management, Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
