Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Direct Patient Care

• Assessment & Monitoring: Assess patient conditions by checking vital signs and performing physical exams, and monitor their progress and well-being
• Medication Administration: Safely administer oral medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by doctors
• Medical Procedures: Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and minor procedures such as suturing or catheterization
• Wound Care: Assess, clean, and dress wounds to promote healing and prevent infection
• Emergency Response: Deliver life-saving interventions using advanced life support equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and ECG machines

Ward & Unit Management

• Manage the admission and discharge processes for patients
