About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in API support, Linux OS, and entry-level development skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, JavaScript
- API Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Database Management: Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Operating System: Knowledge and experience in working with Linux operating systems
Professional Experience
- Above 1 year of professional experience in software development or software support
- Ability to support multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative projects
Soft Skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of support
