Instrumentation Technician

About the Role

We are a dynamic team expanding and looking for talented professionals. The key purpose of this role is to perform optimization, modification, and maintenance of process control systems in our beverage production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, calibrate, and repair equipment while optimizing plant and associated devices
• Locate plant equipment, spares, and relevant documentation and systems
• Plan and prepare maintenance and repair jobs
• Carry out repairs and maintenance activities
• Continuously improve and optimize plant, process equipment, and systems
• Operate plant and process equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Calibrate instruments and sensors
• Perform basic software changes in PLCs with necessary approvals
• Support the scoping of projects and upgrades to plant and process
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures and legislation
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Apply 5S standards and practices in the workplace
• Communicate effectively within teams and contribute to self and team development
• Apply VPO principles and practices
