Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. About the Role

The Global Data Analyst will use large, diverse, cross-country datasets to build foundational data products that enable better decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on creating high-quality, self-service BI dashboards and reports that are trusted, scalable, and widely used—in service of our mission: bigger harvests, healthier families, and richer soil for smallholder farmers.

This role is less focused on one-off data projects and more focused on building durable tools that people consistently use and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact, organization-wide dashboards ("tentpole dashboards") that enable self-service analytics across functions
• Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, well-documented, and built for long-term sustainability
• Monitor adoption and continuously improve usability and relevance
