Job Purpose
To drive and deliver exceptional operational business performance through efficient business management, powerful leadership, and team development. This role requires achieving operational excellence in branches with up to 25 staff members or branches serving single customer categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure robustness of controls in branches by performing required control activities
- Provide branch customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Actively participate in the TRANSFORM programme
- Lead and develop team members
- Manage branch operations to achieve operational rigour and excellence
