Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Airtel Money CVM Executive to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and expand the active customer base for Airtel Money services in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

• Analyze customer behavior data to define customer segmentation, usage patterns, and revenue opportunities
• Design and develop segment-based usage campaigns to grow Airtel Money revenue
• Ensure ARPU growth by increasing usage, transaction value, and revenue from the existing customer base
• Develop insights and campaigns to promote utilization of all Airtel Money products and services
• Monitor product yield and product mix to ensure consistent growth and avoid yield destruction
• Continuously grow bundle and Airtime self-recharge usage through Airtel Money

Active Customer Base Growth

• Ensure continuous growth of Airtel Money active subscriber base and customer retention
• Design and develop campaigns to improve gross adds, customer winbacks, manage churn, and address M2 decay
• Drive Airtel Money penetration of the GSM customer base with month-on-month growth targets
• Develop region-wise insights to determine Airtel Money penetration levels and design targeted regional campaigns
• Identify and prioritize areas for penetration growth
