Position Overview

We are recruiting 3 Drivers for full-time positions based in Kibaha, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner
• Assist with the loading and offloading of products and materials
• Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction
• Promptly inform the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours
• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing
• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance
• Provide accurate time records of the company vehicle's arrivals and departures
• Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management

Requirements

• Valid driving license (Class E)
• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in the same role
• Good English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and individually
• Flexible and adaptive mindset
• Ability to accept the nature of the project's work
