Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers
• Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring strict compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering policies
• Represent the bank professionally and uphold our customer-first philosophy in all interactions

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Minimum of Form Four (O-Level) up to Diploma level
• Age: 18 years and above
• Knowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of professionalism
