Role Overview

The Head Butler will be responsible for overseeing all butler services, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the butler team, providing training and guidance
• Ensure all guest requests and needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Maintain impeccable standards of service and presentation within guest areas
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage inventory of butler supplies and amenities
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism

Required Skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Proficiency in relevant hotel management software (a plus)

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury hospitality
• Experience as a butler or in a similar guest-facing role
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
