Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Regional Senior Auditor to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In this role, you will provide technical supervision, support, and coordination of the Region's Internal Auditors while performing managerial duties as delegated by the Regional Audit Managers (RAMs). You will deliver independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve World Vision's operations through systematic evaluation and improvement of risk management, internal control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution & Audit Execution

• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion per the Annual Audit Plan, as assigned by the RAM
• Support large and complex engagements, potentially managing one or more assignments simultaneously
• Perform risk-based integrated audits (RBIAs) in accordance with applicable auditing standards, including the IPPF and WV GAA, as planned and assigned by the RAM
• Actively engage with senior management staff within National Offices to understand their businesses, objectives, core processes, risk profiles, and internal controls
• Ensure efficient and effective execution of audit activities

Technical Supervision & Support

• Provide technical supervision and support to the Region's Internal Auditors
• Coordinate audit activities across the region
• Perform managerial duties as delegated by Regional Audit Managers
