Role Purpose

You will be accountable for Network Performance across all technologies on modernized/swapped sites. You will review vendor submissions, ensure KPI targets are met, and prepare regulatory and group Network Performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for Network Performance for all technologies on modernized/swapped sites
• Review Single Site Verification (SSV) reports submitted by vendors as part of site acceptance
• Ensure EPOCA KPI targets are met during Cluster drives reports
• Prepare both regulatory and group Network Performance reports
• Develop KPI tracker for all elements in Radio Network
• Ensure best practice set of features are implemented in the network as per EWL
• Manage end-to-end network incidents including outages and KPI degradation with proper root cause analysis (RCA)
• Proactively determine gaps from the Project team on addressing network quality and ensure consistency on reporting
• Work with engineering and operations teams on delivering anticipated network quality
• Conduct RAN parameter audit and KPI performance reconciliation
