Position Overview
The Field Sales Event Coordinator oversees the coordination, planning, and execution of the launch of service stations across expansion sites. This role is responsible for ensuring launch readiness of all service stations, as well as organizing cross-functional coordination and engagement with local stakeholders related to site launches.
The Field Sales Event Coordinator is vital in ensuring that all service stations are launched within assigned timelines and in alignment with company standards. This position is also key to ensuring swift handover of service stations between Expansion and Hypercare teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure launch of assigned service stations in accordance with set timelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure the team maintains a First Pass Yield (FPY) of ≥95% for all service location launches
- Own the quality standards for all processes associated with the launch of new service stations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in other departments and external stakeholders
