About the Role
As a Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service through phone interactions and related tasks. You will be responsible for managing customer communications, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services
- Provide customer support by assisting customers with their concerns and troubleshooting problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
- Record accurate information into databases and maintain detailed records of all interactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved to ensure timely resolution
- Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
- Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Fluency in both English and Kiswahili (spoken and written)
