## Title: Assistant Lecturer – Records Management

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth at Moshi Cooperative University. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and research in Records Management while contributing to the university's mission through mentoring, consultancy, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars, and practical training for undergraduate programmes
  • Conduct and publish/disseminate research results
  • Carry out library work and information services
  • Mentor junior staff members
  • Identify and support students experiencing academic difficulties
  • Participate in consultancy and community service initiatives
  • Supervise field practical sessions, undergraduate projects, and Masters and PhD dissertations/theses
  • Attend workshops, conferences, and symposia
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by relevant authorities

Required Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Records Management, Records and Archives, or Records and Information Management with a minimum GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0
  • Bachelor Degree in Records Management, Records and Archives, or Records and Information Management with a minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5.0
