Position Overview

A well-known company is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction projects in the Mbhashe Municipality, Eastern Cape. This is a project-based position offering competitive remuneration based on experience.

Location & Employment Details

• Location: Mbhashe Municipality, Eastern Cape, South Africa
• Employment Type: Project Based
• Remuneration: R 15,000 – R 18,000 (experience related)

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience of at least three years in scheduling and planning of works within strict project timeframes
• Experience in building projects and renovations
• Must reside within Mbhashe Municipality
• Professional registration with SACPCMP or SACOQS as a QS, Project Manager, or Construction Manager
• Own vehicle (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet deadlines
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records and reports
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works
